1. All products officially distributed by Needful Things are offered with a minimum 1-year warranty. Please enquire about specific products before making a purchase.
2. In-stock items will be shipped via courier within 2 business days of placing the order. If the ordered item(s) is/are not available, you will be contacted and a tentative delivery date advised.
3. For orders with a value greater than Rs 10,000 the customer will be contacted by our Order Fulfillment team to confirm details. If you do not hear from our team within 2 business days of placing the order please contact us via phone or email. You may also contact us through our official Facebook page.
4. All orders are dispatched via courier. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that the items received are visibily intact and secure at the time of delivery. Any claims of damaged items will not be entertained after delivery.
5. You may refuse delivery if you feel that the item is (a) not what you ordered or (b) not what you expected.
6. If you are not satisfied with your purchase please feel free to return it to us within 5 calendar days of taking delivery only if the items are (a) in their original packaging, (b) unopened/unused and (c) in perfect saleable condition.
7. Any items returned beyond the 5-day period need to be approved through our Order Fulfillment team. If approved, there may be a re-stocking fee of a minimum 25% of the invoice value. Returning opened/used items or items with damaged packaging remain at the discretion of Needful Things. Re-stocking fee may apply.
8. Needful Things does not offer cash refunds. The value of returned items will be credited towards future purchases at Needful Things (after deduction of re-stocking fees, if applicable).
